Takeout and delivery are also available during our Hours of Operation through DoorDash, SKIP, or calling the restaurant directly (pickup only).

Yes, we do! However, we have limited our reservations to welcome more walk-in guests to enjoy the PAI experience.

Please note that PAI Downtown accepts lunch reservations for Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays after 2:00 pm; walk-ins are always welcome between 12:00 and 2:00 pm. Limited lunch reservations are available for Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays beginning at 12:00 pm.

We receive a high volume of inquiries and requests daily. Please allow up to 72 hours for our team to respond to your email.

Debit and credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, AMEX) are accepted. We do not carry cash on premise.

PAI Downtown – We are located in the basement of a heritage building and unfortunately, do not have ramps or elevators to enter the building. If special assistance is required to enter the restaurant, please let our staff know and we will gladly try to assist in any way. 

PAI Uptown – Yes, there is an elevator that will access the second floor.

We can provide a high chair upon request.

Yes, we strive to accommodate most allergies, including nuts, gluten, dairy, and shellfish. Please notify your server of any allergies prior to ordering. Please note that we are an open kitchen and it may not be possible to guarantee dishes to be completely allergen-free.

We have a 90-minute limit once you are seated. However, we do not usually enforce the policy unless the table is required for an upcoming reservation.

Yes, for parties of 6 or more people, we will automatically add a 20% gratuity to your bill.

Of course you can! However, please note that we do charge a small cake fee of $2.00 per person.

There are several parking garages and private lots in the area, as well as Green P parking and street parking.

Delivery is available through DoorDash and SKIP.
